Banners will be created free of charge,
animated banners will be additional.
Banner advertising Rates
Your Banner on the front of OPCA website for One Month - $35 These Banners
will rotate with 10 other banners, so that every banner will receive equal
amounts of time and exposure.

Discounts will be
offered as follows, After 3 consecutive months of banner advertising, the
fourth month will be Free. Advertisers who pay for an entire year in full
will receive and additional free month

Button Advertising Rates:
Right hand column buttons $40 per month, with a maximum of 4 buttons
per month on a first come first serve basis. No discount will be offered,
these spots are static, you will not rotate with other banners. A maximum
time limit for buttons is 2 months consecutive runs.

for such use.
- Remember: Banner Specs = Gif: 468x60
pixels, less than 12K, animation okay.
